Our online store is hosted using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to customers.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to use the website and enter into a purchase transaction under applicable law.

Prices, discounts, promotions, delivery charges, and product availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is normally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to verification and correction of clear errors.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

If we cancel an order after receiving an advance payment, any eligible refund will be handled using an available payment method.

Complete delivery address

Correct product and customization selections

You are responsible for reviewing order information before submitting it.

Innoventory is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

8. Payment and Cash on Delivery

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include Cash on Delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

The customer should provide a reachable phone number
Order verification may be required
The customer must pay the courier the confirmed amount upon delivery
Repeated refusal of valid confirmed orders may result in COD restrictions
Advance payment may be required for customized, high-value, repeated, or otherwise selected orders

Never send passwords, PINs, payment-card security codes, or one-time verification codes to Innoventory through WhatsApp, email, or customer-support messages.

9. Delivery

Innoventory currently serves customers in Pakistan.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

Courier operations
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Remote-area service
High order volume
Promotions and sales
Address or customer-contact issues
Product customization or production time
Events outside our reasonable control

Ownership and delivery responsibility will be handled according to applicable law and courier confirmation. Customers should inspect the package and promptly report any visible problem.

10. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information may be provided when available.

Courier tracking pages and delivery updates are operated partly by third-party courier providers. Tracking information may occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

11. Failed Delivery and Order Refusal

The customer is responsible for being available at the provided address and responding to reasonable courier contact attempts.

Additional delivery charges may apply if:

The address is incomplete or incorrect
The customer is unavailable
The courier cannot contact the customer
A correctly supplied order is refused
The customer requests redelivery or an address change after dispatch

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in cancellation of future COD orders or a requirement for advance payment.

12. Personalized and Customized Products

Customers must carefully review all customization details before confirming an order, including:

Names and spellings
Colours
Sizes
Designs
Images
Text
Other personalized instructions

A customized order may not be changed or cancelled after production has started.

Customized products are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect an approved claim where the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed customization details.

The customer confirms that they have permission to use any name, image, logo, text, or design submitted for customization.

13. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our published Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers should contact us within the stated request period and provide:

Customer name
Reason for the request
Clear supporting photos or video
Any other information reasonably required to review the claim

Products must not be returned without prior authorization and return instructions.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has been:

If an order has already been dispatched, applicable courier or return charges may be deducted or charged where permitted.

Discount codes must be entered during checkout. Discounts might not be added after an order has been submitted.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Innoventory, we carefully inspect and pack every order. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.

1. Request Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Eligible Returns and Exchanges

A product may be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund if:

It arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product, design, size, or colour
The product is materially different from the confirmed order
An item or included accessory is missing
We approve the request after reviewing the evidence and order details

3. Product Condition

For an approved return or exchange, the product should generally be:

Unused and unworn
Free from marks, stains, odours, scratches, or customer-caused damage
Returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, straps, and included items
Packed securely to prevent damage during return delivery

Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

4. Change-of-Mind Requests

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed.

If we approve a change-of-mind exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer may be responsible for return delivery and redelivery charges.

Colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings are not normally considered a defect when the product otherwise matches its description.

5. Personalized and Customized Products

Personalized, made-to-order, or customized products cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after production begins.

An exception may apply if the personalized product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed customization details.

Customers are responsible for checking names, spellings, colours, sizes, and other customization details before confirming an order.

6. Sale and Promotional Products

Sale or promotional products remain eligible for review if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges for sale products may be restricted unless we approve the request.

7. Return Authorization

Do not send a product back before contacting Innoventory and receiving return instructions.

Products sent without approval, without identifiable order details, or to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.

After approving your request, we will provide the applicable return method and address.

8. Return Delivery Charges

If Innoventory supplied a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will determine an appropriate resolution and may cover reasonable return or replacement delivery charges.

For approved change-of-mind exchanges or issues caused by incorrect customer information, the customer may be responsible for:

Return delivery charges
Replacement delivery charges
Courier handling charges

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Innoventory or otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Inspection and Approval

Returned products are inspected after they are received.

We will notify you whether the return, exchange, replacement, or refund has been approved. If the returned product does not meet the stated conditions, the request may be declined and additional delivery charges may apply to send the product back to the customer.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund may be issued through an agreed bank account or supported mobile-wallet method. The customer must provide accurate refund details.

Processing time after we issue a refund may depend on the bank, payment provider, or financial service.

Innoventory is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details supplied by the customer.

11. Exchanges and Replacements

Approved exchanges and replacements depend on product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

Another available colour or product
Store credit, with customer agreement
An approved refund

Any price difference or additional delivery charge will be communicated before processing the exchange.

Delivery refusal after dispatch may result in courier charges or restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be resent because:
